Creator workflow
Trend Finder is designed to answer a focused question: which emerging AI topics look early enough, evidenced enough, and useful enough for this creator to act on or monitor?
Recommended sequence
Section titled “Recommended sequence”- Check source health, freshness, and run provenance.
- Review or update Creator Lens.
- Inspect ranked Trends and their public evidence.
- Use Workbench to compare signals and make a decision.
- Review Hidden Gems for lower-volume opportunities.
- Revisit generated Watchlist rows and browser-local watching state.
- Use Brief for the compact creator handoff.
- Open Engine Replay when you need latest-run proof or reference material.
Creator Lens
Section titled “Creator Lens”Creator Lens defines the intended audience, formats, goal, focus phrases, risk level, and optional public competitor names. It influences AI analysis and the deterministic fallback composer.
Edits are browser drafts until saved. Saving does not rescore the payload that is already on screen; the next Trend Finder run loads the saved lens and produces a new result. Competitor names are used only against reviewed public source metadata and do not widen source collection.

The generated Watchlist is not a manual bookmark list. Browser-local watching, notes, and tags do not rewrite generated Watchlist rows.
Evidence before action
Section titled “Evidence before action”A topic score, movement arrow, or creator angle is a decision aid. Open the linked public evidence and check source quality, timestamps, coverage, corroboration, and risk flags before publishing a claim or investing in an idea.
Local run versus demo
Section titled “Local run versus demo”The local extension can save Creator Lens changes and run configured reviewed collectors. The static demo contains reviewed fixtures only. It can explain the workflow but cannot prove that a source, provider, or new local run is ready.
