First local run

Start AI OS from the repository root:

bun run dev

Open http://127.0.0.1:5189 if the browser does not open automatically.

Verify the cockpit

1. Confirm Home renders a readiness overview rather than a blank shell.
2. Open Skills and Memory to inspect the committed fallback view or your generated local data.
3. Open an agent page and read its readiness state before triggering work.
4. Open Activity and confirm the visible empty, sample, or local state is understandable.

Complete one operator workflow

Use Memory as a safe first workflow:

1. Open a source or note in the Knowledge Explorer.
2. Inspect its browser-safe summary and graph relationships.
3. Use search or filters to find a second related item.
4. Return to Activity and confirm navigation remains responsive.

This proves the app and its local data projection are working without requiring a paid provider call. Agent execution, Voice, Dream, and Trend Finder have separate readiness and cadence requirements.
