Local services lifecycle

• Added a complete Linux bring-up and reversible-shutdown guide for the app, managed voice broker, and all four scheduler jobs.
• Added validated, path-free systemd user-unit templates and a confined machine-specific renderer that never activates services implicitly.
• Documented timer intent, Persistent=true catch-up behavior, explicit Restart=no, verification, recovery, external-service boundaries, and optional on-demand processes.

OpenAI subscription runtime

• Documented the implemented codex-account text runtime and its distinction from API-key billing.
• Added authentication lifecycle, model-entitlement, smoke-test, recovery, and privacy guidance.
• Confirmed Dream and Trend Finder as the current consumers.
• Clarified that openai-api remains a readiness-only placeholder and that reasoning effort is not yet forwarded by the Codex transport.

Hermes model policy

• gpt-5.6-sol is the bundled demo and reviewed baseline; each installation’s validated local Hermes configuredDefault remains authoritative.
• Claude Fable 5 remains an additive frontier and Ministry option rather than the default.

AI Rogue levels 5-12

• Expanded the authored run to twelve levels.
• Added the Model Vault and Neural Canopy arcs.
• Added Vault Archon at depth 8 and Root Sovereign at depth 12.
• Added final-floor presentation, ambience, deterministic coverage, and persistence repairs.

Public documentation

• Published the independent Astro Starlight documentation site on Cloudflare Pages.
• Added privacy scanning, typed content, link validation, Pagefind search, accessibility checks, a real 404 page, static security headers, and GitBook route migration.

• Shipped the live-local Floating Oracle with bounded local answers, allowlisted navigation, Intelligence voice handoff, guarded Hermes escalation, and public-demo isolation.
• Added Memory Knowledge Explorer, Activity search, and expanded 3D graph controls with bounded local projections.
